What We Do

This hotel, positioned within an urban mixed-use development and convention center complex, will become an iconic and highly visible landmark. The sleek 35-story tower will include a total of approximately 500 hotel rooms for tourists and conferees. Within the hotel will be housed an all day dining cafe, two specialty restaurants, a pub, lobby bar, spa, salon and health club. The program also includes a grand ballroom that will seat up to 500 persons and six breakout meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology. Four levels of underground structured parking will be provided, concealed by elaborate landscaping. Our preliminary concept is based on Westin standards.
