CMMI provided architecture and interior design services for The Heldrich, an upscale mixed-use development in the core of downtown New Brunswick. The development includes a 250-key conference center hotel, 27 condominium units, 7,700 SF of retail and 35,500 SF of offices. Additionally, subterranean parking is provided for 54 cars. Occupying 1.8 acres in the heart of the city’s Cultural Center, The Heldrich is one of New Jersey’s most significant urban economic development and cultural investments. It represents a unique partnership among Devco, private developers, Rutgers University, the New Jersey Department of Labor, New Jersey Redevelopment Authority, and the City of New Brunswick.
