THE GRAND APARTMENTS
NORTH BETHESDA, MARYLAND
The Grand is a 522 unit luxury apartment tower in the prestigious Washington D.C. suburb of North Bethesda, Maryland. The project included an 18 story tower and a subterranean 850 car parking garage concealed beneath a landscaped podium. In order to provide visual interest from the exterior of the property, CMMI designed 26 typical unit layouts that are scattered throughout the levels. The top two floors contain over 50,000 SF of highly customized penthouse units. Amenities include a full service health club with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, full aerobic workout area and exercise equipment area. The owner maintains corporate regional offices on site as well as a marketing center for the complex.
