What We Do

CMMI was commissioned by Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts to design a Staybridge Suites at Preston Ridge in Alpharetta, Georgia. The hotel consists of studio suites, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites. The exterior of the building is rendered in a palette of weathered stone, horizontal siding, simulated stucco with bronzed anodized, multipaned windows. CMMI initially created the prototype design from which this concept was created. It established a new extended stay hotel to be sold to hotel owners for development across the United States.
