What We Do

The Langford Hotel and Spa is a five star, five diamond ultraluxury resort in an upscale community that is home to Flagler College, numerous high-end boutiques and attractions. When complete, the hotel will consist of approximately 200 oversized guestrooms and suites, a nationally branded spa and a signature restaurant. The project is located adjacent to a luxury residential building conceived as part of the same development. CMMI is currently serving as the architect of record and interior designer for this property. The interior design will showcase upmarket materials and finishes, as well as a luxurious residential feel and experience.
