What We Do

Built in 1916, this grand hotel boasts a history as one of the architectural centerpieces in downtown Pittsburgh. This 14,500 SF program includes restoration of historic filigreed arches cradling the main lobby space, as well as new lighting, finishes and furniture sensitive to the hotel's history. Modern technology resides beneath the lobby’s historical detailing, evidenced by a new concealed speaker system and updated data capabilities. Current work includes guestroom renovations. Renovations to the existing exterior include the design of a lighted canopy, new window ornamentation, and the restoration of elegant lanterns that once again grace the sidewalk.
