What We Do

Contemporary design and a lighter color palette were the primary goals for the guest suite renovation of the Omni Chicago “All-Suites” Hotel. The $7.9 million renovation of the 343 suites included replacing all interior furniture, finishes, millwork, and the addition of wall mounted 37” plasma screen televisions and Wi-Fi accessibility in every suite. The furnishings, wet bar, built-in armoire, and vanity designed for each room were tied together using a honey wood veneer with a reverse diamond pattern, granite countertops, and chrome hardware and fittings. The color scheme was comprised of pale green carpet with muted gold and linen wall coverings and paint finishes offset with lush red draperies.
