What We Do

CMMI was charged with the renovation of the hotel’s streetscape and public areas. The design fulfills Hyatt’s desire to reposition this property in an edgy contemporary style that reflects the revitalized music studio, club and restaurant scene on the Sunset Strip. The work includes the ground floor entry, lobby, bar, restaurant and terrace areas, re-fitted second floor ballrooms and complete reconstruction of the spectacular Top of the Strip function room. One of the more memorable experiences at the hotel is enjoying the panoramic views spanning from downtown Los Angeles to San Pedro and Santa Monica Bay.
