This new urban waterfront hotel includes a 16,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom, a 10,000 square-foot multipurpose facility, two full-service restaurants, a lobby bar, lounge, and 9,000 SF spa and fitness center. A curved undulating wall runs the entire length of the building and links the ballroom, pre-function areas, meeting rooms and grand ballroom. Bold colors accent the entry points to the restaurant and curved wall. Open to the outside, the lobby features a dramatic two-story stacked bluestone wall, a waterfall element, a "fireplace" with shell-encased gas jets and Carnivale memorabilia. A serene rooftop pool and terrace provide a relaxing escape for business travelers and convention goers.
