What We Do

When the Hyatt Regency Dallas was constructed in 1976, it was hailed as one of the finest examples of mirrored glass buildings in the country. CMMI was retained to design a 300,000 SF addition that reflects the existing style and materials, while allowing the new structures to have their own architectural identity. The addition includes a 30,000 SF Grand Ballroom,  40,000 SF exhibition hall, 200 new guestrooms and additional parking on the ground floor.  CMMI has also undertaken extensive interior renovations of the hotel, including new corporate offices for the management team and other executives, as well as flexible meeting rooms and updated guestrooms.
