CMMI provided architecture and interior design services for this multi-million dollar renovation, including a new ballroom and a fresh look for the hotel’s popular restaurant. A large existing three-meal restaurant was converted to a social/meeting/ballroom that accommodates a growing demand for this type of space in midtown Manhattan. The existing bar area was replanned to efficiently  incorporate a new bar and restaurant offering streamlined food service. Additional meeting area was created on the floor level above. Often called the best location in New York, the hotel is within walking distance of Broadway theaters, 5th Avenue shopping, Times Square, major museums and the city’s most exciting nightlife.
