What We Do

CMMI was selected by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to transform the lodges at George T. Bagby State Park and Little Ocmulgee State Park. These projects had identical scopes, consisting of new restaurant and lobby facilities, placed between existing conference centers and existing lodges. The existing conference center buildings were also renovated to bring the meeting facilities up to current industry standards. The new buildings refurbished these properties, and the expansion provided much  needed programmatic improvements.
